Identifying Unseparated Additives as Unique Peaks
If LabSolutions software is used with a PDA detector, then peak convolution functionality (i-PDeA II) based on MCR-ALS (multivariate curve resolution alternating least square) analysis can be used to qualitatively and quantitatively identify peaks that are not completely separated by the column. Peak deconvolution can also be used to confirm the purity of target peaks.
