Proven SPRI chemistry is combined with the flexibility of the Beckman Coulter Biomek FXP liquid handler to revolutionize how next generation sequencing samples are prepared. All chemistry needed to prepare libraries is included in a kit formatted for high throughput processing. Also included are reagents to perform size selection, PCR setup and cleanup. The only thing left to do is add the DNA sample and adapter of choice.

The Biomek configuration consist of the 96 channel pipetting head for full plate processing and the Span 8 Pod for individual well access. To provide a more comprehensive automated solution, also included are an Orbital Shaker, Peltier ALP and both Span and Multi- channel wash stations.
