This reference material is designed to support detection of the Factor V Leiden mutation and the Factor II gene variant, as well as mutations in the Methlyenetetrahydrofolate reductase (MTHFR) gene that are associated with significant health problems.
ACCURUN 611 for Factor II, Factor V, and MTHFRACCURUN® 611 meets the needs of a broad range of molecular lab applications by providing heterozygous, mutant, or wild type scores for Factor II, Factor V, and MTHFR. It is ready-to-use genomic DNA manufactured from immortalized Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cells (PBMCs) derived from human samples. Mutations were confirmed by a variety of commercial SNP genotyping assays, providing a robust challenge for all mutations in only two vials.
