Description

NuAire’s In-VitroCell ES (Energy Saver) NU-5810 Direct Heat (Air Jacketed) Microbiological CO2 Incubator features a 145°C dry sterilization cycle and 95°C humidified decontamination cycle as an added defensive against incubator contamination providing an optimal controlled environment for cell growth. In-VitroCell ES CO2 Incubators provide a stable in-vivo growth model with heating elements located on all 6 sides of the chamber. High density R5 insulation stabilizes the interior chamber temperature requiring less energy to maintain. Unique features such as dual sterilization cycle, humidity and hypoxia control ensure your research needs are met.The basic functionality to promote tissue cell growth by controlling Temperature and CO2 gas levels in the growth chamber. A relative humidity of 90% is produce through convention by a water pan. The Closed Loop HEPA Filtration System creates ISO Class 5 Clean-room like conditions to minimize potential contamination entering the growth chamber.
