Cryogenic Shippers / Cryoshipper

A cryogenic shipper is designed to safely transport a samples and materials at cryogenic temperatures. Cryogenic dry shippers keep substances at approximately -190C in this process. Cryogenic dry shippers are designed to prevent liquid nitrogen from spills if the shipper falls over, thanks to the unique absorbent material into which the liquid nitrogen is pumped. Cryoshippers are constructed out of durable ribbed aluminum. A cryoshipper can be outfitted with optional storage accessories such as a five-shelved rack box or blood bag rack with temperature loggers as an available option. Depending on the model, a cryoshipper is IATA regulation-compliant and can accommodate a variety of volumes ranging from 3 to 8 L.
