Drying temperature should not be too high, the maximum should not exceed 110℃ and the time should not be too long, the maximum should not exceed 5 hours.2.Injection molding temperature should not be too high, it is recommended to 270℃-295℃. Too high temperature easily makes bio-based polyamide resin crack at high temperature, product performance is reduced.3.In the injection molding production process, the mold temperature to 600℃-900℃ is appropriate, it is recommended that the mold temperature remain at the upper limit of the temperature range, too low mold temperature will lead to bio-based polyamide resin flow worse, product surface finish poor skin difference, surface defects, product shrinkage or brittleness lead to quality decline and so on
