ELGA Chorus 3
We have struggled with this system for two years. The first set of Chorus 3 RO generator and tank was a lemon; we replaced these and it still doesn't work! ELGA has NO Canadian support and the company, Culligan, who sold it to us doesn't support it either. The plastic it's made of becomes perpetually contaminated with biofilm. The Chorus 3 doesn't communicate with the tank and the mechanism to detect water levels is based on pressure differential and not a mechanical buoy so it's not reading levels correctly, detecting 14 L of water in the tank when there is none! We have had to do everything ourselves or out of pocket. If you want to put your people through utter misery, then buy this machine. We now have two hunks of plastic junk from ELGA sitting in our institute and still have no RO water. Two neuroscientists have spent countless hours troubleshooting and fixing this piece of garbage. DO NOT BUY.
