
The Micromeritics ChemiSorb Auto is a compact, fully automated chemisorption analyzer engineered for precise, repeatable measurements in heterogeneous catalyst research. The ChemiSorb Auto boasts precise gas blending and multi-point automatic gas calibration that ensures exact dosing with repeatability within ±1%. The system features 8 gas inlets—four carrier and four loop gases with two high-precision MFCs. The furnace cools from 500°C to 50°C in 30 minutes for faster throughput. Additionally, the dynamic clamshell furnace enables precise control up to 1000 °C with linear heating (1–50 °C/min). An optional cryocooler enables analysis down to -100 °C.
Made for hydrocracking, water-gas shift, Fischer-Tropsch synthesis, reforming & isomerization, partial oxidation, hydrogenation and catalytic cracking, the ChemiSorb Auto features intuitive automation for quick operation by users of any experience level.
