Isothermal Titration Calorimeters

Isothermal titration calorimetry is an analytical technique that measures heat discharge along a bimolecular reaction. Often used to determine the thermodynamic parameters associated with a binding event, isothermal titration calorimeters (ITC) can analyze binding affinity, stoichiometry, enthalpy change, and numerous other parameters. With uses in biochemistry, pharmaceutical, and other industries, isothermal titration calorimeters are an essential instrument while studying molecular interactions. Isothermal titration calorimeters offer excellent long-term temperature stability while providing more automation to increase laboratory throughput while reducing the need for analysts' time. When comparing different models of ITC be sure to consider the sensitivity, accuracy, and temperature control systems to allow for fine-tuning of sample analysis.
