The AZURA 862 bar Analytical HPLC System is KNAUER's most popular and flexible modular HPLC platform, designed to support daily analytical workflows. Operating at up to 862 bar, it is fully compatible with sub-2 µm particle columns and can be upgraded to an ultra-low dispersion chromatography (ULDC) configuration for maximum peak resolution. The system supports binary, quaternary gradient, or isocratic solvent delivery and features highly sensitive LightGuide UV flow cells with ultra-low carry-over (<0.0003% chlorhexidine). Injection modes include full loop, partial loop, or microliter pick-up from 0.1 to 5,000 µL. An integrated column switching solution accommodates up to 4 columns plus bypass. Detector options include UV/Vis (VWD, MWD, DAD), refractive index, fluorescence, ELSD, and MS, with software compatibility for ClarityChrom, Chromeleon, OpenLab, and Mobile Control.
