The AZURA 1240 bar UHPLC System is KNAUER's high-end analytical platform designed for the most challenging separations. Operating at pressures up to 1240 bar (18,000 psi) with a binary gradient pump delivering flow rates from 0.001 to 5 mL/min, the system provides ultra-precise, pulsation-free eluent delivery for excellent signal-to-noise ratios — making it the ideal front-end for MS coupling. The autosampler accommodates 108 standard HPLC vials (or up to 1,560 vials with the optional liquid handler) with sample loop volumes from 1 µL to 5,000 µL. Automatic column selection for up to 8 columns with integrated eluent pre-heating and a column thermostat range of 5–85 °C (±0.1 °C) ensure maximum reproducibility. Compatible with ClarityChrom, Chromeleon, OpenLab, and KNAUER Mobile Control software, this system is recommended for laboratories requiring the lowest detection limits, highest resolution, and fastest analysis speed.
