The AZURA HTQC (High-Throughput Quality Control) UHPLC System is purpose-built for pharmaceutical QC laboratories where high sample throughput and validated, reproducible results are critical. Operating at up to 1240 bar, the system combines fast UHPLC separations with an intelligent "Prep-ahead" function and offline column re-equilibration in backflush mode — a key innovation that increases sample throughput by at least 30% by eliminating idle time between analytical runs. A dedicated second binary gradient pump handles independent column reconditioning while the primary pump continues analyzing. The Robotic Cooler stores up to 390 sample vials or six well plates at 4–40 °C, and the Liquid Handler LH 8.1 provides precision and speed for automated sample introduction. An innovative column switching and backflushing valve enables a new level of automation. The system is compatible with all common HPLC detectors including MS/MS, making it suitable for the most demanding pharmaceutical quality control workflows.
