Description
VERITY® GPC Cleanup System with optional VERITY® 1741 UV-VIS Detector - GPC Cleanup is a size exclusion cleanup procedure that uses organic solvents for the mobile phase and a specialized column packed with a divinylbenzene-styrene copolymer. The most typical packed phase is BioRad's Envirobeads® SX-3 resin, packed into a glass column with the mobile phase of interest. Stainless steel and other columns specific for GPC cleanup are also available. GPC cleanup is performed after sample extraction and is thus a post-extraction cleanup method. This method is recommended for the post-extraction elimination of lipids, polymers, copolymers, proteins, natural resins, cellular components, and other high molecular weight compounds from the analytes of interest.
Product Design - The Automated GPC Cleanup Systems are available in two configurations, with and without a VERITY® 1741 UV-VIS Detector. Both systems are configured with a VERITY® 3011 Isocratic Pump with a 10Sc head, a GX-271 Liquid Handler with GX Direct Injection Module and fraction collection valve, a GPC Cleanup Accessory Kit, and TRILUTION® LC software, including GPC methods and instructions.
Fully Automated System Compliant with Government Agency Guidelines - Meets government requirements for GPC cleanup - USEPA, USDA, USFDA, USGS, USDI, Centers for Disease Control (CDC), Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA), European Union (EN 1528, 12393, DFG S19), AOAC International, JIS, GB/T 14552, etc.
