Microscope for Capturing Fluorescent Images

Auto Cell Imaging System is a very useful fluorescent imaging system used mainly in the lab’s tissue culture facilities to have an expeditious look on fluorescent protein tagged plasmid’s transfection efficiencies in cultured cells. It is highly user friendly and very easy to handle unlike other conventional fluorescent microscopes, which require adequate training before handling personally. The fluorescent microscope is provided with three colors filters, green, red and blue, along with that a usual bright field light is also provided. Hence, it can be used as an eyepiece-free microscope for routine checking of cells. Just by clicking the mouse connected with the imaging system, high quality images can be taken in a matter of seconds. It can also be used for checking the success of getting fluorescence in immunostaining experiments (immunocytochemistry or immunohistochemistry).
