Compatible samples: cell culture supernates, serum and plasma(heparin, EDTA, citrate). This is a TMB colorimetric sandwich ELISA kit with short assay time and fast experiment set up. P Selectin/SELP tissue specificity: Stored in the alpha-granules of platelets and Weibel-Palade bodies of endothelial cells. Upon cell activation by agonists, P-selectin is transported rapidly to the cell surface.
