Coupon for Maintenance/Repair with Pro Service for a pipette of any brand and model, valid for 36 months from the date of issue
Our maintenance & calibration procedure included in the Smart voucher includes:
Visual and functional inspection Leak test Operation test External and internal cleaning Preventive maintenance Systematic replacement of seals, O-rings, and lubricants according to the brand and model of the pipette Replacement of the tip holder if necessary, included in the price Only original spare parts from the manufacturer are used for replacements, if required Possible lubrication of the piston according to the model Gravimetric calibration on all channels in accordance with the chosen standards, including recalibration of the pipette if necessary Issuance of an "As Left" calibration report (reports with different volumes and number of weighings are available upon customer request), in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications (recommended by Gilson) or ISO 8655 specifications Calibration verification sticker applied to the pipette Free return of calibrated pipettes One voucher is required for each pipette. For the calibration of a Multichannel pipette, two maintenance vouchers are required per report on all channels, one voucher if the report is requested for only one channel. Each pipette is returned to the sender with the corresponding calibration document and a 6-month warranty on the replaced spare parts. If the pipette is not repairable, it will be returned to the sender along with the attached voucher. Pipette calibration will be performed with original Gilson tips. If calibration with specific tips is requested, the customer will be required to send a sufficient quantity of tips for calibration along with the pipettes.
The only authorized and equipped center for the maintenance, control, and calibration of Gilson pipettes is Gilson Italia, located in Cinisello Balsamo, Milan, as per the "Center of Excellence Certificate n. B 20061."
Maintenance, control, and calibration interventions for pipettes will take place at our Gilson Italia srl Technical Assistance Center located at Via Matteotti, 98 – 20092 Cinisello Balsamo (MI), tel 02/6607041, fax 02/660704250, and will be carried out by our specialized technicians.
