Cefetamet Pivoxil is a third-generation cephalosporin antibiotic with in vitro activity against many major pathogens including Streptococcus pneumoniae, Haemophilus influenzae, Moraxella (Branhamella) catarrhalis and group A beta-haemolytic streptococci
