Tris-NaCl-Tween Buffer, abbreviated as TNT Buffer, is a commonly used buffer in molecular biology and hybridization experiments. It mainly consists of 100 mM Tris-HCl (pH 8.0), 1.5 M NaCl, and 0.5% Tween. The product is prepared through strict sterilization by filtration with a 0.45 µm pore size membrane. This product is a 10× concentrated solution; after filtration sterilization, it only needs to be diluted to the working concentration with sterile distilled water or deionized water before use.Operating Steps:1. Dilute to 1× with distilled water or deionized water.2. Use the diluted buffer for washing as required by the experiment.Precautions:1.
