Description

Product contentComponentF665497-500mlFast SDS-PAGE Running Buffer(10×)500 mlProduct IntroductionThe use of this product is very simple, just replace your regular TG electrophoresis buffer system with a dilution of this product, adjust the voltage and then carry out electrophoresis at without adding any experimental steps. At the same time, the product can be reused 4-5 times as working solution. This product can save your valuable time and reduce your experimental cost.matters needing attention1. Be sure to wear gloves when handling. If splashed on skin, rinse immediately with plenty of water.2. This product contains SDS and is suitable for denaturing gel electrophoresis, not for non-denaturing gel electrophoresis.3. The results of SDS-PAGE performed with the application of this product show that the application of this product results in a change in the range of resolution of proteins, and that the lowest molecular weight resolved by a gel of the same concentration is less than that resolved by the use of TG electrophoresis buffer (see table below).Operation steps (using Bio Rad mini adhesive and related supporting equipment as an example)1. This product is 10 times concentrated solution, when used with pure water 10 times diluted to form a working solution (for example: take 100ml of this product and then use pure water to 1L).2. Add appropriate amount of this product into the inner and outer tanks of the electrophoresis tank and adjust the power supply to constant voltage 200-250V for electrophoresis. Electrophoresis indicator bromophenol blue to the bottom of the gel, the time required is about 20-30min.3. After electrophoresis is completed, collect the electrophoresis solution from the inner and outer tanks of the electrophoresis tank and store it at 4°C. It can be reused 4-5 times, but do not use it if turbidity occurs.Table 1 Comparison of the optimal resolution of the rapid electrophoresis solution with that of the conventional TG electrophoresis solutionGel concentrationRapid Swimming Electrophoresis SolutionConventional TG electrophoresis solution8%20-250 kDa50-325 kDa10%15-140 kDa30-180 kDa12%10-80 kDa20-140 kDa15%5-70 kDa12-100 kDa
