The pH is titrated to 7.0-7.5 with NaOH solution. dNTP (Deoxy-ribonucleoside triphosphate) includes dATP (deoxyadenosine triphosphate), dCTP (deoxycytidine triphosphate), dGTP (deoxyguanosine triphosphate), dTTP (deoxythymidine triphosphate), and dUTP (deoxyuridine triphosphate). Among them, dATP, dCTP, dGTP and dTTP are indispensable in the PCR reaction as raw materials.
