EMSA, also known as Gel Shift Assay, is a commonly used method for studying protein-DNA interactions to detect the activation level of transcription factors in cells. This product can be used for sample loading in EMSA.This product does not contain bromophenol blue. For visible loading, the EMSA/Gel-Shift Loading Buffer (blue, 10X) with bromophenol blue can be used.This product is sufficient for 200 EMSA loadings.Precautions：This product is for R&D only.
