Product Introduction:6 × DNA loading buffer (SDS) is used for agarose gel electrophoresis of DNA samples with a large number of proteins. It contains 1% SDS, which can eliminate the interaction between DNA and proteins, and 100mM EDTA, which can bind to divalent metal ions, inhibit metal ion dependent enzyme reactions, and protect DNA. The 6 × DNA loading buffer (SDS) contains two tracer dyes: bromophenol blue and xylene blue FF. In 1% agarose gel electrophoresis, bromophenol blue could migrate with~300bp fragment, and xylene green FF could migrate with~4000bp fragment.Precautions：For your own safety, please take protective measures such as wearing lab coats and gloves before using the reagents.Instructions for Use：1.
