Boc-Dap-NE, is an intermediate in the synthesis of Monomethyl auristatin E, which is an inhibitor of tubulin polymerization. Monomethyl auristatin E can be used to synthesize Antibody-Drug Conjugates (ADCs) as ADC Cytotoxin
