(R)-Tegoprazan ((R)-CJ-12420; example 3), a benzimidazole derivative, is a potent kidney H+/K+-ATPase inhibitor with an IC50 of 98 nM of canine kidney Na+/K+-ATPase. (R)-Tegoprazan has the potential for gastrointestinal diseases research[1]
