4-Methylumbelliferyl oleate is a fluorogenic substrate for acid and alkaline lipases. 4-Methylumbelliferyl oleate is cleaved by lipases, liberating 4-Methylumbelliferyl (Ex/Em=320/450 nm)[1][2]
