Viloxazine (Viloxazin) hydrochloride is a norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor and a potent 5-HT2C agonist agent and 5-HT2B antagonist，EC50 for 5-HT2C is 32 µM，and the IC50 for 5-HT2B is 27 µM.
