Description
The Gilson Orbital Shaker is a compact shaker that fits on one rack position of a GX-281 Liquid Handler bed. The shaker provides a range of customer-controlled shaking (20 to 720 rpm) with potential vortexing, depending on vessel size and sample volume. Compatible with a Wide Range of Racks The Orbital Shaker is compatible with all Code 200-series racks. A single rack attaches easily using set screws; rack placement is accurately guided by locator pins. Three Forms of Control Choose from the following control methods: • Contact Closure—Close the contact and the shaker will start shaking at a predetermined speed. When the contact is opened, the shaker stops. • Gilson Serial Input/Output Channel (GSIOC) Control—Control through another device that is connected to the Orbital Shaker through GSIOC connection and commands. • Manual Control—Operate shaking speed by using the front panel controls on the shaker.
