Description
Monoclonal Anti Sia a2-3 antibody is produced by hybridoma clone HYB4, established by fusing mouse myeloma cells PAI and lymphocytes of C3H/Ne mice immunized with glycolipid a2-3nLc4Cer (Neu5Ac a2-3Gal ß1-4GlcNAc ß1-3Gal ß1-4Glc ß1-1Cer) which was adsorbed with bacterial cell walls prepared from Salmonella minnesota strain. This antibody was purified from serum-free cultured supernatant by using Protein A affinity chromatography.
