Description
iNeu™ human dopaminergic neurons are derived from human dermal cells using a non-integrated induced pluripotent stem cell (iPSC) line under fully defined proprietary induction and maturation conditions. iNeu™ cells are plated in a monolayer when cultured, are branched, and express biomarkers such as beta3-Tuj (neurons), tyrosine hydroxylase (TH) and dopamine transporter (DAT). iNeu™ can be used under mature conditions, co-culture conditions (used with astrocytes or other neuronal subtypes), and short-term functional characterization studies.
