Description
iNeu™ human keratinocytes are derived from human dermal fibroblasts, using a feeder-free, serum-free, genetic-free, virus-free induced pluripotent stem cell (iPSC) line, and have fully defined proprietary induction and maturation conditions. iNeu™ cells can be cultured in a monolayer and can express different biomarkers, such as Cytokeratin-18. iNeu™ can be used under mature conditions, co-culture conditions (used with fibroblasts, melanocytes or other epidermal subtypes), and short-term functional characterization studies.
