Description
iNeu™ cells are reprogrammed from human iPSC-derived multipotent progenitor cells, using integration-free induced pluripotent stem cell (iPSC) lines using a fully defined proprietary serum-free, virus-free, nucleic-acids-free, feeder-free, and Integration-free technology. They are cultured in a monolayer form and survive> 4 weeks under defined cell culture conditions. iNeu™ cells express biomarkers: ACTC1, CSPR3, KCNQ1, MYBPC3, MYH7, MYL2, PKP2, PRKAG2, TNNI3, TNNT, TPMI, TTN. Immunocytochemical data showed the expression of TNNT2 and E-cadherin.
