Description
iNeuCal™ calcium biosensor has been integrated into human neural progenitor cells. They respond to changes in intracellular calcium in the 605nm-625nm fluorescence range (excitation/emission = 610nm / 625nm) to measure the increase or decrease in intracellular calcium concentration. These calcium biosensors have an excellent signal-to-noise ratio and can operate in the range of seconds to minutes. They can be used in single cell applications as well as medium to high throughput screening platforms.
