The iNeu™ human iPSC strain uses our proprietary virus-free, nucleic acid-free, serum-free and feeder-free technology derived from human dermal/fibroblasts, blood or cord blood cells. Cells express the canonical biomarkers of iPSC (such as Oct4, Tra-1-60, Tra-1-81, Sox2, Nanog and SSEA-4); they have been shown to be pluripotent and able to differentiate into ectoderm, endoderm And mesodermal-derived cell types, such as glial, neuron, osteoblast and hepatocyte.
