Description
Human iPSC-derived neural stem cells (i-HNSC) are a homogeneous, self-renewing and pluripotent population derived from control human induced pluripotent stem cells (HiPSC). Under controlled conditions, i-HNSC has the ability to continuously produce high-yield functional nerve cells (such as neurons and glial cells). These i-HNSCs provide researchers with a unique model to study neurodevelopment, neurotoxicity, differentiation, electrophysiology and disease models.
