iNeuATP™ is a fluorescent biosensor that has been integrated into iNeuRapid™, iNeu's proprietary immortalized human neuroepithelial cell line. The biosensor assay can provide fast kinetics (resolution in seconds) in the measurement of real-time cellular ATP metabolism and cytotoxicity. The analysis of cellular oxidative phosphorylation directly reflects the health and function of mitochondria.
iNeuATP™-Rapid cells can be used as a control for all products containing iNeuATP™ biosensor. In order to customize iNeuRapid™ cells according to the experimental needs of scientists, these cells can be easily transfected with the target gene.
