Description
iNeu™ human melanocytes are derived from the human induced pluripotent stem cell (iPSC) line under fully defined proprietary reprogramming and maturation conditions. When iNeu™ cells are plated and cultured in a monolayer, they have a branched fine structure and express biomarkers such as vimentin, S100beta and cytokeratin. iNeu™ can be used under mature conditions, co-culture conditions (used with fibroblasts, keratinocytes or other epidermal subtypes), and short-term functional characterization studies.
