Description
Neural stem cells (NSC) are neural progenitor cells that can differentiate into different types of cells in the nervous system under certain conditions. Taking advantage of their continued reproduction, NSC has great potential for research in neurogenesis, neurodegenerative diseases, and clinical transplantation applications. NeuroShop's human neural stem cell line is derived from human-induced pluripotent stem cells, which are produced from adult skin fibroblasts using a unique, non-footprint free iPSC reprogramming method. When cultured in a medium containing bFGF and EGF, these cells can normally proliferate without differentiation into neuronal cells.
Main features
Derived from human iPS cells without footprints
Homogeneous population
Under certain conditions, it can differentiate into more than 90% of neurons
