Cellulase from Aspergillus sp. has been used to degrade cello-oligosaccharides into glucose during the analysis of BBC (bioabsorbable bacterial cellulose) biodegradability. The enzyme has also been used in photon correlation spectroscopy to study its effects on unfiltered beer samples.
