CTOP TFA is a potent and highly selective µ-opioid receptor antagonist. CTOP TFA antagonizes the acute analgesic effect and hypermotility. CTOP TFA enhances extracellular dopamine levels in the nucleus accumbens. CTOP TFA dose-dependently enhances locomotor activity[1][2]
