Phospholipase A2, Crotalus adamanteus Venom (PLA2) catalyzes the hydrolysis of the sn-2 position of membrane glycerophospholipids to liberate arachidonic acid (AA). Phospholipase A2, Crotalus adamanteus Venom is a member of the class of heat-stable, calcium-dependent enzymes, is often used in biochemical studies[1]
