Description
Azemiopsin is a potent nicotinic acetylcholine receptor (nAChR) inhibitor with IC50s of 0.18 µM and 22 µM against T. californica nAChR and human α7 nAChR, respectively. Azemiopsin blocks acetylcholine-induced currents in Xenopus oocytes heterologously expressing human muscle-type nAChR[1]
