Simple-to-use, intuitive interface, plenty of commands to work with. Easy to adjust new interfaces so that 2 or more different samples, or different types of analysis, can be used concurrently. Very good after-sales service, they have a very well trained staff. Swiss quality, do I need to say more? This is highly recommended.
