I worked in the field of soybean- nematode interactions and for my experiment I need this instrument frequently. To extract the nematodes we specifically use this centrifuge to sediment our samples and to collect high concentration of nematodes. For my experiment, this centrifuge was helpful, very easy to handle and provided a high concentration. Only, issue maybe for some researchers with respect to the rpm of rotors, however, for my experiment the rotation units were sufficient.
