Gel Casting and DNA Band Separating Capacity Offer Excellent Electrophoresis

I worked on genetic diversity analysis using micro-satellite markers for different plant species and varieties, which required I run several PCR. After running the PCR, I needed to run samples for separation and for that purpose the only instrument/unit I have worked with is the Thermo Scientific B1A electrophoresis unit. It's amazing to hold gels and has great buffer capacity. Good to handle multiple numbers of samples based on my requirements. I can divide the gel into two halves by using two pairs of the cobs which provides me excellent flexibility. I am happy to work with this and will suggest it to be used in diversity analysis experiments.
