Works fine if not the best to stain cochlear hair cells

I used this antibody to stain hair cells in the cochlea. The antibody worked with slightly harsh antigen retrieval conditions of 95+ deg C temperature for 20-30 min. This antibody worked on gelatin sections but did not work on whole inner ear tissue!
