These Thin Film Freezer boxes are the best box I have used for freezer storage. They are 9x9 and all plastic. The thin wall of the box and lid made these boxes fit in a freezer rack that none of the other freezer boxes I had were compatible with. Unlike cardboard boxes, they will not become damaged by melting ice, and unlike other types of hard plastic boxes this plastic is safer to touch when coming out of -80. The only downside is I would not recommend it for liquid nitrogen storage because there are no draining holes. Perfect for any type of conventional fridge/freezer however. They ship flattened so they take up minimal space until you are ready to construct them and use. They are available in a variety of colors for the organizationally gifted.
