I used this P selectin antibody to look at WT and PACSIN KO in resting and activated mouse platelets. For activated platelets, platelets were activated with Thrombin 5ul/ml concentration and incubated in 37°C for 2 minutes. Activated platelets showed a nice shift in the histogram in flow cytometry, compared to the resting platelets.
