This Perfecta SYBR Green Fastmix is high quality reagent. I use these reagents for amplification of genes from biological materials for direct applications. It is very easy to use as you have to mix it with your sample directly and it provides efficient signaling to detect the molecules. The direct use also reduces pipetting efforts, and time to set up the plate for running in the PCR machine. The only thing with this reagent is that you have to choose specific to your machine, and also this is a costly procedure to work with.
