I perform a lot of CRISPR-Cas9 genome editing experiments and I started recently to insert point mutations instead of simply doing a knout-out. This product does increase the rate of HDR events which is quite low in general. I recommend using this product but be careful with the incubation time as this can be deadly for your cells if this time is too long.
