I have been using the TOPO TA cloning kit for a long time to perform cloning with long gene sequences using the provided vector and other reagents. This is a very fast cloning kit to do digestion, attachment with new sequence, ligation and then transfer into the competent cells, which you have to buy separately though. This is easy to use, and a very efficient kit to provide colonies with positive sequences easily. I will highly recommend this for cloning purposes.
